Introduction

As the Sales Director at Aerowave Technologies, you will join our Leadership Team and be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Ultimately, the Sales Director must build a high-performance sales team to ensure client satisfaction and achieve the company's objectives for profitable growth.

Job Description

Qualifications:

· Desire to always live by Core Values.

· Proven track record of building and maintaining successful sales teams in a leadership role.

· In-depth understanding of implementing and maintaining sales processes.

· Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Two-way radio solutions experience preferred.

· Strong technical acumen and ability to learn and provide communications and surveillance solutions to existing clients and new prospects.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· History of maintaining CRM compliance and Sales Pipeline hygiene.

· Proven history of quota obtainment and client service.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.


Location & Travel Requirements:

· Seeking candidates to work from our corporate office in Lewisville, Texas.


Basic Requirements

· 2-5 Years of Sales Management Experience required.

· 2+ years of technology solution sales experience preferred.

· Two-way radio or communication technology sales experience preferred.
