Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects by optimizing resource assignments based on workforce availability, performance, and geographic considerations.
  • Short and long-term Opex and Capital construction projects with internal and external contractor crews to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Seamless execution of projects by managing internal processes, including ordering materials, providing job cards and drawings, and collecting as-builts upon project completion.
  • Mitigate scheduling risks, field conditions, and equipment issues, recommending appropriate actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Be the primary point of contact for relevant third parties, providing guidance and support to ensure informed decision-making and adherence to construction schedules.
  • Attend construction meetings with stakeholders to optimize scheduling and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Project Coordination/Management experience focused on construction projects.
  • Experience working in the Utility or Construction Industry.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as required.
