Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Supervise and coordinate activities related to the construction project, including managing subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure projects are completed according to plans and specifications, and maintain and update project documentation
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction project
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction and/or project management
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD software
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare construction and/or hospitals is required
  • Familiarity with Procore is preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
