TelForce Group LLP is actively seeking experienced professionals for the role of OSP Construction Managers.
Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled individuals to fill both Direct Hire and Contract positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage OSP Construction Subcontractors.
- Supervise construction sites and coordinate with General Contractors.
- Monitor and manage the progress of contractor construction schedules.
- Oversee project costs, contract progress, and any potential changes.
- Act as a liaison with local residents, Town Officials, and Utility Companies.
- Track and manage construction materials, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Conduct weekly audits focusing on subcontractor safety and quality standards.
- Implement property damage prevention strategies and address customer concerns.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom Project Management.
Basic knowledge of Fiber Splicing is essential.
Proficiency in Google Maps/Earth, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Microsoft Office is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
We offer excellent benefits and a $500 referral bonus.
