You will join a dynamic and collaborative team, contributing to the management of critical data centers and network systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. This contract position offers benefits including paid parking, PTO, and twelve official paid holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer, install, and operate all Infrastructure Systems (LAN, WIFI) and related services to ensure maximum availability of infrastructure services.
  • Guarantee the maintenance of operational conditions and scalability of Datacenter infrastructure services.
  • Monitor the health of the infrastructure, ensuring high availability and criticality.
  • Contribute to the management and optimization of Datacenters.
  • Ensure inventory monitoring and maintain capacity planning of installations.
  • Guarantee the production launch of new scopes or infrastructure developments.
  • Manage urbanization or computer room upgrade projects.
  • Ensure the operational management of accommodation and local service contracts.
  • Maintain necessary relationships with suppliers to improve service levels.
  • Monitor compliance with internal control rules, HSE regulations, and DEEE directives.
  • Ensure all Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Management processes are appropriately followed and communicated.
  • Develop and test redundancy/recovery plans to ensure service availability.
  • Interact with other technical domains and participate in crisis management during major incidents.
  • Pilot services contractors to produce deliverables and deploy technical solutions.
  • Act as a technical relay at headquarters and affiliate offices to deploy/support telecom solutions.
  • Manage environmental tools and applications (e.g., SiteScan), ensuring their availability and regular updates.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in network design and installation; datacenter management is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of network and telecommunication infrastructures and solutions (LAN, WIFI, Racking, Cabling).
  • ITIL Certified and CISCO Certified.
  • Customer service orientation is required.
