Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Dexian - DISYS. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our company's functional data network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage hardware and software to ensure proper functioning of network services
  • Support network operations in Data Center and Field locations
  • Architect network solutions to meet business requirements
  • Work with IT teams and business leaders to develop network requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues escalated by support tiers
  • Develop network metrics and performance baselines
  • Create, oversee, and test security measures (i.e. access authentication and disaster recovery)
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical knowledge of network technologies
  • Familiarity with access control models and network security
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant field of study
  • 6+ years of experience in network security engineering and support in an enterprise environment
  • 6+ years of experience supporting an enterprise Cisco network
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
