Salesforce Administrator

Location: 100% Remote

Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their dynamic Healthcare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and supporting our business applications, ensuring that their solutions are technically sound, stable, and scalable to meet our growing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration, development, and deployment of various Salesforce projects.
  • Gather business requirements and architect effective tooling and workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to design cohesive project strategies and ensure smooth execution through all development phases.
  • Partner with business leaders to advise on Salesforce analytics strategies and tools that drive business results.
  • Monitor the health and utilization of the Salesforce system.
  • Automate solution delivery, manage data pipelines, create data models, and monitor performance.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce data management strategy.
  • Evaluate and upgrade Salesforce AppExchange components and solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, integration, enhancement, and configuration.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other business applications.
  • Proven track record of launching significant system enhancements and managing release cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to own problems from start to finish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple requests, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Operative One order management system.
  • Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer experience.
