Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert – B2C Marketing
We are seeking a strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert to guide our client's marketing team in effectively utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot for B2C marketing efforts. This role will focus on optimizing marketing strategies, including email campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives, while providing expert-level guidance on best practices and leveraging the platform’s full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business technology partner, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot for B2C campaigns.
- Provide expertise in writing complex queries, managing active marketing efforts, and executing successful reactivation campaigns.
- Address challenges related to data accuracy and the execution of omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Optimize email campaigns, including managing send time optimization to enhance engagement metrics.
- Develop and implement dynamic content strategies using AI to improve personalization and overall customer experience.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for the marketing team to ensure effective use of Marketing Cloud tools and features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap for loyalty platform integration with email, text, and website interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, with a focus on B2C marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, including experience with dynamic content and AI applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and guide teams through challenges.
- Experience in executing and managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
