Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at ShiftCode Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with experience in managing complex CRM systems and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Develop and implement new features and enhancements to improve system usability and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage user access, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Document all processes and procedures related to Salesforce administration.
  • Deliver user assistance, training, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful Salesforce implementation.
  • Monitor and manage data quality, migration, and maintenance.
  • Manage exception logs for backend system integration with Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of advanced Salesforce administration experience, including experience with Data Loader, IDE, Workbench, Ant, and VS Code.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, and other related systems.
  • 3+ years of experience using SOQL, VF, Lightning Components, JIRA, and process flow tools.
  • 3+ years of experience building web-based UIs and Lightning UIs/Components.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and/or CSS.
  • Experience managing at least 2 deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Admin certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
