About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles or Tempe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing automation, SQL, and data transformations to support email, push, in-app, and SMS marketing communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build multi-channel campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Ensure data required for campaigns are available within our platforms
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement multi-channel campaigns
* Troubleshoot issues within the platform by collaborating with cross-functional team members
* Develop technical expertise in all of our campaign and marketing related tools
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Experience with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, SEMRush, and other enterprise marketing tools
* Proven experience launching complex high-touch, high-visibility omni-channel campaigns
* Expertise in building, dynamic coding, segmentation, testing, analysis, and optimization
