Title: Business Analyst - Reverse Distribution Returns Associate

Location: Somerset, NJ - 3x per week

Duration: 18 months (possible extensions)

Requirements: HS degree required. BA/BS preferred.

• Proficient in MS Word and MS PowerPoint

• Ability to quickly learn new systems & applications

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working on teams

• Working Knowledge of SAP and BW

• Proficient in English (written and oral)

The Reverse Distribution Returns Associate is responsible for ensuring that all trade customer expired returns are properly and promptly processed and credited. Duties will be carried out in compliance with all federal, state and local laws & regulations (including, FDA, DEA and SOX) and J&J Quality Standards.

The key roles for the Reverse Distribution Returns Associate are:

  • Manage all SAP transactions related to the processing of Returned Goods at J&J's 3rd Party Returns Center.

  • Issue RD credits to direct-purchasing J&J customers for all returns that are compliant with the appropriate J&J Return Goods Policy.

  • Ensure that all Pharma returns are accurately priced.

  • Partner with 3rd party Returns Provider to ensure that all J&J Financial Periods are closed promptly in accordance with SOX requirements.

  • Track returns on a monthly basis with all pertinent returns data, including UPC/NDC, Lot Code, Quantity, Returning Customer, Processing Date, Reason for Return, etc.

  • Provide ad hoc return report to key business partners, including Commercial, Finance, Logistics and Revenue Reconciliation team members.

  • Provide RD support for all internal audits conducted by J&J Quality Assurance team and J&J SOX/Finance team.


Compensation:

$23/hr to $28/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
