Role: Affiliate Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a full-time Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our affiliate partners and drive revenue growth through effective campaign management. You will also be involved in strategic planning, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and Manage Publisher/Affiliate Traffic Sources: Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and foster strong relationships to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Optimize Affiliate Performance: Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Affiliate Management and Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Online Marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the mobile app industry is a plus
