Senior Analyst, Affiliate and Content

Team Overview

As a vital member of the centralized Paid Digital Advertising team, you will contribute to the Paid Affiliates & Content Marketing division, overseeing the in-house management of our Affiliate, Influencer, Registry, and Content Partnership initiatives across all Williams-Sonoma Inc. Brands and International platforms.

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior Planner / Analyst to spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Affiliate, Influencer, Registry, and Content Partnership programs at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, acquiring new customers, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and enhancing brand recognition and perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate campaign strategies, testing methodologies, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) across diverse programs and platforms.
  • Design and execute digital media strategies and campaigns aimed at supporting registry acquisition and fulfillment across various brands.
  • Build and sustain relationships with media partners across all programs.
  • Broaden WSI's network of paid content creators and influencer affiliates, collaborating with each brand's PR & Social teams to ensure cohesive communication with these partners while considering impacts on SEO initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Affiliate Analyst to manage the affiliate program, emphasizing the strategy and growth of content affiliate partners.
  • Set KPI objectives by campaign and partner with internal attribution teams for comprehensive cross-channel reporting.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, each with distinct budgets and objectives, focusing on weekly/monthly spending and ROI targets.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance proactively, ensuring timely budget delivery and developing cross-channel reports.
  • Participate in evaluating new campaign concepts, working alongside internal CRM, brand eCommerce, and social and PR teams to align campaigns with brand visions.
  • Oversee creative trafficking across registry and ad hoc content partnerships, coordinating with brand creative, social, and PR teams to ensure seasonal updates are delivered on time.
  • Educate internal teams on best practices, platform and process changes, new strategies, and investment opportunities at the top of the funnel. Develop communication strategies to ensure relevant WSI teams can discuss performance effectively.
  • Create presentations on performance, strategy, and industry trends to share with various levels of the WSI organization.
  • Manage monthly invoicing and accrual processes across programs for all brands.
  • Ensure proper tracking mechanisms are established, collaborating closely with display operations teams and IT for pixel implementation and ad serving.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital planning, with strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc.).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, well-organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Demonstrated success in developing cross-team processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A technical background in digital program tracking, particularly in affiliate conversion tracking and display view-through attribution.
  • Familiarity with site analytics tools.
  • A strong inclination to collaborate and influence, enjoying teamwork.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $78,000-$92,000 annually, with actual pay determined based on experience and other job-related factors. Compensation may also include various components such as benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
