Join our centralized Paid Digital Advertising team, where you will play a crucial role in the management of our Affiliate, Influencer, Registry, and Content Partnership initiatives across all brands and international platforms under Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Analyst to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our Affiliate, Influencer, Registry, and Content Partnership programs. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, acquiring new customers, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and enhancing brand visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate campaign strategies, testing methodologies, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) across diverse programs and platforms.
  • Design and execute digital media strategies and campaigns aimed at boosting registry acquisition and fulfillment across various brands.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media partners across all programs.
  • Broaden our network of paid content creators and influencer affiliates, coordinating with PR and Social teams to ensure consistent communication while considering SEO impacts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Affiliate Analyst to manage the affiliate program, emphasizing the strategy and growth of content affiliate partners.
  • Set KPI targets for each campaign and partner with internal attribution teams to deliver cross-channel results.
  • Effectively manage multiple campaigns with different budgets and objectives, focusing on weekly and monthly spending and ROI targets.
  • Continuously monitor campaign pacing and performance, ensuring timely budget delivery and developing comprehensive cross-channel reporting.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new campaign concepts by collaborating with internal CRM, eCommerce, and social and PR teams to align initiatives with brand visions.
  • Coordinate creative trafficking for registry and ad hoc content partnerships, working with brand creative, social, and PR teams to ensure timely seasonal updates.
  • Educate internal teams on best practices, platform changes, new strategies, and investment opportunities, devising communication plans to ensure performance awareness.
  • Prepare presentations on performance, strategy, and industry insights for various levels within the organization.
  • Oversee monthly invoicing and accrual processes for all brand programs.
  • Ensure proper tracking mechanisms are in place, collaborating with display operations and IT for pixel implementation and ad serving.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital planning, with strong project management capabilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc.).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • High attention to detail, well-organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Demonstrated success in developing cross-functional processes to enhance workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical expertise in digital program tracking, particularly in affiliate conversion tracking and display attribution.
  • Familiarity with site analytics tools.
