Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate Range: $22 to $23 per hour

Essential job functions:

  • Processes requests from sales and marketing for samples and displays and ships to desired location.
  • Pull from inventory, stage for packing, pack and arrange for shipping of samples, displays and exhibits
  • Receive, unpack and return samples, displays and exhibits to inventory, document and track shipments, follow up with sales and marketing for return shipments
  • Communicates cross functionally to develop plans for support of meetings, VIP visits and courses. Creates summary documents and files for meetings, VIP visits and courses.
  • Maintain department inventory spreadsheet, documenting when items are shipped out and returned.
  • Implement process improvements related to execution of skills labs on site or in field
  • Ordering supplies and specimens for the In-Service Specialists while also coordinating the logistics of the deliveries
  • Processing payments from vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Some experience needed but will train the candidate for specific job functions.
