Position Overview:

The Front Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in providing essential administrative assistance to the JABRA Corporation's Customer Care team in Bloomington, MN. This position is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Care team.
  2. Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as required.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for the company, providing courteous service to all visitors and callers.
  4. Ensure office security by adhering to safety protocols and managing access control at the front desk.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, stocked with necessary supplies.
  6. Welcome and assist guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
  7. Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  8. Receive and distribute mail and packages to the correct recipients.
  9. Manage outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  10. Support the processing of mail for various departments including Customer Service, Finance, and Order Taking.
  11. Oversee the maintenance of meeting rooms and front office displays.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role is preferred.

Travel:

Minimal travel may be required based on business needs.

Additional Information:

Maintain positive working relationships with all colleagues, clients, and business partners. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and safety in all operations.

Working Environment:

Open office layout.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs when necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
