About the role:

We're looking for a talented Digital Product Manager to manage website applications. As a part of our HICC marketing team and working closely with the brand managers and the content team from HQ, below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:


  • Converts organizational objectives and user needs into a clear product strategy; relays this strategy and the priorities of the product to the development team, other interconnected teams, and external partners.
  • Defines objectives, metrics, and analysis methods to evaluate product effectiveness; continuously suggests and applies adjustments to the product roadmap based on insights gained.
  • Oversees and refines the product roadmap; bases future strategies on the anticipated value outcomes.
  • Keeps track of market research and competitive positioning to propose optimal solutions, ensuring the product maintains or achieves top-tier status.
  • Collaborates with the user research and testing teams to develop, test, and refine ideas and hypotheses through user engagement and feedback.
  • Designs, prioritizes, and approves user stories, integrating them into the release schedule.
  • Executes daily product-related decisions that enhance value.
  • Evaluates the advantages, disadvantages, challenges, dependencies, and value of product features and improvements.
  • Joins the product team in ongoing evaluation of project status, sharing of insights, and planning of future initiatives.
  • Aligns cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations with the product strategy, educating them on prioritization based on concrete benefits and user experience.
  • Mentors less experienced team members in strategy development, analysis, and implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/BA degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product management
  • Proven records of strong digital consumer experience executions
  • Tool Requirements: Shopify or other eCommerce platforms, A/B testing tools, chatbots, Google Analytics, Hubspot.
  • Good understanding of strategic business stakes and a true customer-first mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and across different geographies
  • Solution-oriented, able to manage ambiguity
  • Analytical and process-oriented
