Summary:
Verve Search Group is currently working with a client in Syracuse, New York that is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. Client is a well-known, rapidly growing brand in the technology space. The person in this role will provide high level administrative support to Chief Executive Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Finance Officer when needed. Will be responsible for managing communication throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, Chief Sales Officer, Chief Finance Officer including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel etc.
- Organize documentation, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Manage and filter in coming communications such as phone calls, emails ensuring timely correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize executive level meetings.
- Support CEO in managing key projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field.
- 5 Plus years experience in an Executive Assistant based role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong experience across Microsoft Office Suite.
