Job Summary:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and guiding them through the implementation of our client's products and services. You will ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to develop and implement effective implementation plans.
  • Configure and implement our client's technology, according to client specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients throughout the implementation journey.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, customer service, and fellow implementation specialists.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in client service/customer service, with at least 1 year of business consulting experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience implementing Workforce Now.
  • Experience working with our client's competitors (Paycor, Paycom, etc.).
  • Experience working in a pod or team-based environment.
