Required Education and Experience:

Essential Functions:

  • Provide administrative and technical support to ChP/MOE3 and ChP/MOE4 departments
  • Manage leadership correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel schedules, including making international contacts and travel arrangements, with required documentation
  • Plan and coordinate workshops/meetings (on and offsite) and prepare corresponding documentation for internal, corporate, and external visitors
  • i-Buy Specialist and ChP point of contact – to include systematic follow-up of invoices, resolutions, PM7s, and workflows
  • WCMS key user for BGN updates; maintain PS MOE3 and MOE4 organizations, as well as back up support for other departments
  • Maintain departments(s) data, prepare charts or graphs for visual presentations, and generate and modify reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Evacuation Monitor for Emergencies – Bldg. 102 B area – ensure emergency data is updated regularly and new associates, along with interns/co-ops, are aware of their evacuation area
  • Maintain the Purchasing credit card and corporate travel card with all the required controls, invoices, and expense reports for each organization
  • Prepare and maintain DSP lists of Non-Standard Hardware for ChP/MOE3 and ChP/MOE4 organizations
  • Maintain various confidential filing systems to ensure security and confidentiality where necessary according to policies and procedures (Data Security, Doc Retention Coord, & RA-VRC Doc Storage)
  • Plan and coordinate various events around the ChP Plant, including trade shows and offsite conventions
  • Assist ChP/COM with editing for weekly newsletters and quarterly Bits & Pieces
  • Systematic follow-up of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for ChP/MOE3 and ChP/MOE4 Directors
  • Assist and, at times, lead projects for the PS Team – as assigned by directors/managers
  • Report for department heads – such as Tableau, Power BI, MES, and other assigned tasks as requested
  • Perform other tasks as required
