Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Parsec, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Terminal Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll processing and corrections
  • Recruiting and onboarding process management
  • Erail recertifications and compliance
  • HR onboarding and orientation
  • Administrative duties for Terminal Manager, including PTO tracking and attendance letters
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases in Paycor
  • Filing and scanning employee paperwork
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing and editing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience with HRIS and Purchasing Systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
