We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our IT staffing and recruiting services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately securing new business for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the IT industry, including but not limited to technology companies, startups, and enterprises.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and pain points, and tailor our staffing and recruiting solutions to address their needs effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of engagement with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our client base.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staffing/recruiting industry.
  • Deep understanding of IT staffing/recruiting processes, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
