Job Title: Receptionist/Front Desk
Location: Jersey City NJ 07310/Onsite
Duration: 6 months with possible extn
Job Summary:
In this role the Front Desk/Receptionist will be expected to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, while providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process clients, customers, and guests.
• Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Read and send emails.
• Collaborate with Executive Administrators daily.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assisting with incoming executive deliveries
• Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Corporate interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.
• Competency in managing time and problem solving.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
