Job Summary:

WHIZZ is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in our NJ store. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized appearance
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in our store
