Business Development Representative (BDR)



Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified sales opportunities through exploratory conversations, prospect qualification, and scheduling follow-up meetings. You will play a pivotal role in setting up software demos for the Account Executive team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to establish a consistent flow of software demos.
  • Engage in high-volume prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to qualify prospects effectively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage all prospect and sales activities efficiently.
  • Analyze prospect and client requirements and present solution overviews accordingly.
  • Document all interactions, opportunities, and accounts meticulously within the CRM system.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in regular status meetings.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
  • Previous experience in software sales or lead generation.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting goals and metrics.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM software or similar systems.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven capability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, HubSpot, Google Drive, and similar solutions.
