Location: You must be able to work with the team in person in our Burlingame, Ca office on a weekly basis.


The Director of Marketing will have experience in DTC fashion marketing and a personal connection to high-quality fashion jewelry. You will be resourceful with a small team to plan and execute all omnichannel marketing campaigns. 


Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing/Campaign Management

·      Oversee and plan marketing calendar, including core product line marketing and new product launches

  • Manage key marketing channels (digital, social, influencer, ambassador program)

·      Execute programs to meet KPIs through the marketing funnel of awareness and conversion.

·      Analyze data to develop actionable insights that improve brand strategies.


Digital & E-commerce Marketing

  • eCommerce Site Management, Championing the Customer Experience.
  • Manage paid media agency to drive positive CAC and ROAS for new customer acquisition.
  • Manage social media, influencer gifting, and content creation program
  • Manage the lifecycle marketing agency. Experience with Klayvio and email marketing is a plus. C
  • Create and manage the marketing calendar for all site marketing and promotions, ensuring we meet sales and margin goals
  • Ensure product assets maximize sales conversion
  • Form marketing partnerships with like brands


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of experience

·     Shopify experience required

  • DTC e-commerce marketing experience with contemporary fashion and accessories is required
  • Happily, Hybrid- the ability and willingness to be hands-on with the product in Burlingame, Ca each week is a must. Plus, you. must be self-managed and able to be productive working remotely.
  • Team player- willing to lend a hand where needed to drive the success of the team and business.

·      Detail-oriented and data-driven.

·      Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
