This role will be responsible for delivering HR support and leadership for designated plants. You will oversee initiatives related to organizational and management team effectiveness and design. Additionally, you will ensure consistent execution and implementation of HR processes across the facilities.

Human Resources Representative Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager to develop HR plans that support business objectives and cultivate the culture
  • Implement common HR talent processes and provide onsite support to all employees
  • Advise management on various strategic and operational HR and business issues
  • Work with the Senior HR Manager and facility Senior Leadership teams to translate strategy into actionable plans that align with the organization's vision
  • Handle daily employee relations, staffing and compensation matters in coordination with managers


Human Resources Representative Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR professional experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of HR management aspects such as training, compensation, performance management, change leadership and organizational design
  • Proven ability to apply HR skills and effectively partner with HR Centers of Expertise
  • Demonstrated history of disciplined action and execution in HR roles, including the ability to influence and persuade at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships by understanding the environment and needs
