The BFS SLS will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the vertical. Lead a bold growth strategy by fast-growing market share and further penetrating existing client relationships with additional valued solutions. The applicant will have a visible presence within the BFS industry representing Cognizant and our service offerings across the Banking and Financial services industry.
Role - The applicant will be hired as a BFS SLS within the NA Digital Operations practice
Travel – Travel will vary depending on customer and prospect requirements.
- Ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the Banking or Payments sales sub-practice
- Develop and maintain a current go-to-market strategy (ownership for sales and contributory / consultative for practice) for Banking or Payments business
- End-to-end responsibility for conceptualizing and guiding high quality deliverables required during the sales cycle, including thought leadership
- Owning sales cycle responsibility end-to-end including commercial, contractual implications and third-party knowledge
- Ability to manage C level stakeholder management
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging operating practices, technologies such as AI, Intelligent automation, machine learning and its potential application on operations
- Managing client visits for prospects, existing clients with respect to transformation presentations
- Providing transformation solutions and roadmaps for new deals / pursuits
- Proactive Pipeline management
- Be a thought leader in analyst briefings, large deal presentations, partner/industry forums
