Role Summary:

As an Area Operations Manager at Drive Line Service, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic field operations team, overseeing essential, high-volume retail activities for leading retailers and consumer goods companies across the nation.

Your responsibilities will include providing daily oversight and tactical execution support to a regional team of 10-15 District Managers, who in turn manage over 1200+ in-store associates executing category resets, audits, continuity product services, new item introductions, and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop your District Management team for peak performance
- Provide daily, hands-on tactical execution support to your field team

- Manage performance against defined KPIs to drive corporate and client objectives
- Oversee regional expenditures in alignment with corporate and program budgets
