GTM product Manager with Recruiting Software experience

Role Overview: The GTM (Go-To-Market) Product Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and optimization of product launch strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. The GTM Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure the seamless introduction of new products to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Launch Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including target market identification, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM plans.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales training materials, product documentation, and competitive analysis to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell new products.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, PR, and content marketing, to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of product launches, using key metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback post-launch to inform future product enhancements and updates.
- Budget Management: Manage the GTM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role, with a focus on go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving market adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to accept equity as compensation.
