Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the Greater St. Louis area. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling our staffing and temporary services to businesses, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Present FullCircle Placements’ staffing and temp services to decision-makers, demonstrating how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business and renew existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality candidates.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights.
