About You: You are a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of handling large-scale Google Ads campaigns and a deep understanding of consumer behavior online. With experience managing budgets in the hundreds of thousands monthly, you know how to optimize spend and maximize ROI. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are passionate about leveraging analytics to drive business growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage large-scale Google Ads campaigns across various campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital marketing space.
  • Optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient ad spend distribution.
  • Report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing substantial Google Ads budgets and campaigns with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
