As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will significantly influence our digital presence and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development:
    Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies to distribute content effectively; assess and enhance marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and elevate brand visibility.
  • Brand Strategy:
    Develop a comprehensive understanding of ADS's target demographics, customer profiles, and unique value propositions. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Content Oversight:
    Generate, refine, and enhance existing content; assist internal teams in their content creation efforts. Manage relationships with external partners to ensure content aligns with company objectives.
  • Social Media and SEO Management:
    Oversee social media platforms, including content scheduling and performance measurement. Enhance ADS's online visibility through search engine optimization and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness to optimize budget allocation and improve performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in B2B/B2G marketing within the defense industry.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and customer requirements.
Demonstrated success in leading marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and website enhancement.
Exceptional communication and writing abilities; strong skills in proofreading, editing, project management, and organization.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with adaptability to shifting priorities and managing uncertainties.
