This role is crucial in ensuring our advertising campaigns are visually compelling and optimized for performance.

The Performance Creative Manager will work in the Creative Department of BrandStar Digital supporting the graphic design and creative needs of our advertising and marketing clients. Their focus will be on providing strategy and implementation across a variety of client projects specifically around performance creative including campaign theming, designing campaign assets (banners, ads, website graphics, etc.) and supporting account strategy pertaining to creative needs.

Responsibilities of the Performance Creative Manager include:

  • Content Creation: Oversee and develop the creation of engaging and impactful creative assets, including but not limited to ad copy, graphic design, video content, and interactive media.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience insights, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all channels.
  • Creative Concepting: Collaborate on brainstorming sessions and across internal teams to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data around creative including user feedback to iterate on creative concepts and optimize content for maximum impact and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and product features.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different creative elements and messaging strategies, leveraging insights to inform future creative decisions.
  • Creative Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to creative team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from ideation to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and creative design, applying insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
