Role Overview:

The Internal Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all aspects of internal hiring, onboarding, and operational management. This role requires a unique combination of strategic talent acquisition, hands-on operational management, and team development. Reporting directly to the co-founder, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of Inventure and directly contribute to our success.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process for internal hires, including headhunting, screening, and interviewing candidates for both our Graduate Academy Program and experienced hire positions.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the co-founder and senior leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.


L&D & Training:

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and their respective roles.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to upskill new employees and support their professional development.
  • Organize and facilitate early team-building activities to foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment.


Operational Management:

  • Oversee performance improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle various office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Program Development:

  • Create and execute programs for employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and operational performance to the co-founder and senior leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the recruitment of graduate and experienced hires.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful onboarding and training programs.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
