Our mission is to support families battling infertility through education, outreach, and financial assistance. We provide resources and support to families struggling with infertility and strive to raise awareness about related issues. Our foundation also offers financial assistance through the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation Family Building Grant for families pursuing infertility treatment or domestic adoption. We are the only organization of our kind in the nation.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role at the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation in Owings Mills, MD. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the foundation, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning. You will work closely with the board of directors to ensure the foundation's goals and objectives are achieved.


Qualifications

  • Experience in finance, operations management, and business planning
  • Experience in non profit organizations
  • Expereience fundraising
  • Demonstrated sales and strategic planning skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is preferred
  • Knowledge of infertility issues and family building processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Background in reproductive health is preferred
