Mortgage Loan Officer Opportunity

The EMAC Group is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining a network of business relationships that generates new mortgage lending opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate complete mortgage applications, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, realtors, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Currently in the mortgage industry.
  • Active relationships with referral partners and existing customer database.
  • A track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
  • NMLS License.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales.
  • Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
  • Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million (minimum).
  • Established relationships with local referral networks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences.
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology.
Compensation:

Very competitive Production Commission Structure.
