  • Create an onboarding process that enables all new employees to succeed when they join
  • Create tools and cutting-edge processes for thriving in a distributed workforce
  • Create and execute a strategy that builds our culture and employer brand as we scale
  • Ensure all policies and practices comply with applicable local and federal laws
What type of experience will be helpful? We're looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations
Additional 'Good to haves'

  • Experience negotiating local benefits and/or payroll providers
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Rippling, Linkedin, GSuite, ADP, and Notion
What we offer you:
  • The opportunity to learn 10x (through success and failure) with access to everything that comes with building a business
  • The chance to not only change the future of work and communication, but your own future as well
  • Competitive compensation and equity with medical, dental, mental health and vision benefits from day one
