Position Overview
The American Bar Association (ABA) is dedicated to promoting the rule of law and ensuring access to justice. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Scheduling Coordinator to support our leadership team in managing their schedules and travel arrangements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to leadership by delivering accurate and timely information regarding their schedules and travel plans.
- Prepare and manage special projects, programs, and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Oversee and coordinate specialized scheduling functions, utilizing independent judgment and expertise.
- Direct and review the work of temporary staff or other personnel as necessary.
- Generate reports and supply detailed information on volunteer assignments to various committees and initiatives.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience, particularly in roles involving interaction with high-profile clients.
- Proficient in relevant software tools and possess strong internet research capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
