Role Objective

We are in search of enthusiastic and proactive individuals to enhance our Inside Sales team within the dynamic field of hazmat compliance. You will utilize your engaging personality to connect with our loyal customers, assisting them with their hazardous material shipping requirements while also expanding their accounts.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $26.44 per hour, in addition to commission (commission is awarded monthly based on performance), along with fully compensated extensive training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with and sell to designated customers
  • Develop a strategic approach for calls
  • Organize call schedules to optimize selling time and maintain sales momentum
  • Achieve or surpass call performance metrics
  • Identify new sales prospects through outbound calling
  • Stay informed on industry developments, customer updates, and regulatory changes related to product offerings
  • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed established targets

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in an inside sales role, or a degree in marketing/business with no prior sales experience
  • Proficient in computer use, familiarity with recent Windows versions is advantageous
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Adept at navigating various sales platforms, including Salesforce and internal systems
