About The Opportunity
The mission of City Experiences is to deliver exceptional experiences for our clientele. The ideal Sales Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the account management team, which includes driving prospecting initiatives and managing the post-booking sales process to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability.

About You
The successful candidate will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody the principles of our RESPECT Service System.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Focus
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of all regional offerings, including vessels, products, enhancements, pricing, and communication strategies to be effective in sales.
- Meet weekly prospecting targets through proactive outreach to identify potential leads for the account management team.
- Prioritize incoming inquiries and ensure timely engagement before transitioning to an account manager.
- Present pricing effectively to maintain guest interest and drive sales.
- Address objections using extensive product knowledge.
- Lead post-contract follow-ups, including adjustments and upselling opportunities, to drive additional revenue.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate site visits and client meetings as needed.
- Attend networking events to enhance local market awareness.
- Serve as a resource for the national sales team by conducting site visits and assisting clients.

Guest Service
- After a sale is finalized, take on the role of event coordinator, focusing on cruise details and ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accurate communication of product specifics to operational teams.
- Be present during significant events to act as a liaison between sales and operations.
- Support the event coordination team as necessary to ensure readiness.
- Drive post-cruise follow-ups to thank guests, gather feedback, request referrals, and encourage survey participation.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales to address guest concerns promptly.

Administrative Duties
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to effectively manage activities in assigned markets and track sales productivity.
- Accurately manage reservations and cruise details using Salesforce systems.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills through effective time management and prioritization.
- Prepare weekly reports as directed by the Regional Director of Sales.
- Compile necessary reports for meetings to ensure visibility of cruise details for sales and operations teams.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in a sales support or sales role.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Focus on guest needs and meet deadlines.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to assess situations and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
