About the Role

As the Manager, Mid Market CSM at Pushpay, you will lead a team focused on building and nurturing relationships with our small to middle market customers. Your responsibilities include driving retention, renewal rates, and increased adoption. You will collaborate with customers, company leaders, and your team to create a culture of success and excellence. Your goals will revolve around renewals, product expansion, and increased usage of the Pushpay platform. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in managing customer success teams. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will play a vital role in making our customers successful.

What You'll Do

  • Mentorship and Skill Development: Prioritize the growth and development of your team to drive customer success.
  • Revenue Retention: Meet targets to ensure customer retention.
  • Adoption Focus: Assist organizations in maximizing their use of Pushpay's solutions.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Identify and sell additional products and features to customers.
  • Product Expertise: Become a Pushpay product expert to support training and customer adoption efforts.
  • Proactive Communication: Foster a culture of transparency and effective communication within your team and across the organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Customer Success Management Experience: Lead customer success or account management teams with a focus on SaaS solutions. CRM experience and industry knowledge are essential.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
