A day in the life.
As a Sr. Claims Account Executive you will:
  • Process claims notices in Agency Management System /Document Imaging System and maintain data for accuracy. (RMC, Image Right and/or Client RMIS Systems)
  • Actively maintain diary and follow up on status of claims as needed.
  • Create claim kits and request loss data as needed to address client/team questions and direct stewardship discussions.
  • Provide value added services and consultative approach to claims management on behalf of clients and internal team members.
  • Assisting clients with responses to Reservation of Rights and other coverage responses.
  • Build strong carrier relationships with adjusters and other claims team members to form partnerships that supports both client needs and carrier objectives.
  • Participate in the Sales Process with production teams as needed (Explain BI Claim Services & Capabilities)
  • Identify, recommend and assist with implementation of risk/claims solutions for clients (WC, Auto, GL, D&O, EPL, etc.)
  • Facilitating TPA Analysis and Selection Process.
  • Providing claims/risk training to client staff.
  • Perform other specific claims related duties as assigned.
  • Participation in Industry seminars
  • Some travel as needed.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
  • Minimum 7-10 years' prior insurance experience preferred
  • Multi-line carrier/TPA, risk management or brokerage claim handling experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, willingness to learn, attention to detail
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
  • Good verbal presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency with system of records, web-based tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point,)
  • A shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, Accountability
  • Agent or Adjuster Licensing
  • Must have resident Agents License in Property & Casualty or obtain within 90 days
