RSUI is seeking a seasoned Senior Claims Executive to enhance our Atlanta Property Claims division. The Senior Claims Executive brings a wealth of specialized technical expertise in handling claims for our E&S commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a specific segment of complex and high-value claims reported to the claims unit.
  • Collaborate with the Unit Leader to strategize investigations, settlement negotiations, or appropriate denials in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide detailed reports on claims to the Unit Leader and/or Senior Management, including recommendations for reserves and action plans.
  • Engage effectively with professionals, management, underwriters, attorneys, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness in all dealings.
  • Handle policy interpretation, coverage matters, legal regulations, and litigation management within your area of expertise.
  • Participate in business-related events such as team meetings, mediations, and company functions.
  • Manage a caseload that includes intricate coverage issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property claims.
  • At least 10 years of experience in property claims, with a minimum of 5 years in E&S commercial property claims.
  • Adjuster's license is mandatory.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in policy interpretation, coverage analysis, claims adjusting, and negotiation strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
