Establish and nurture strategic client partnerships, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's operations to deliver tailored studies and recommendations that address specific client requirements, ensuring precision and promptness in client-related communications.
2. Manage all claims within the upper and Jumbo segments with minimal direct oversight.3. Strengthen McGriff Insurance Services Inc.'s relationships with key clients; assist in overseeing carrier-provided claim adjustment services.
4. Verify coverage and effectively manage claims to achieve favorable outcomes for assigned clients.
5. Demonstrate the ability to craft coherent and comprehensive written responses to reservation of rights letters and coverage denials.
6. Deliver educational presentations to both internal and external stakeholders on various policies, coverages, risk management challenges, and emerging risks.
7. Support the Claim Manager by mentoring and developing internal consultants.
8.
Conduct analyses for clients in areas such as:

9. Communicate effectively with clients and service teams to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction with McGriff.
10. Engage in the development and evaluation of service plans.
11. Identify and pursue suitable business development opportunities with both new and existing clients.
12. Stay informed about insurance/risk management-related technical advancements and claim trends, ensuring that client studies reflect the best current practices.
13. Support sales and service marketing initiatives related to account renewals and new business ventures.
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2. Ten years of experience in a claims adjuster role or broker claims consulting role
3. Insurance Adjuster's License and licensed in accordance with local regulations
4. Multi-line claims experience
5. Comprehensive understanding of claims best practices and the ability to read and interpret complex policies and insurance contracts
6. Proficient in applying computer and communication technologies relevant to the position
7. Exceptional writing skills to articulate and clarify complex issues and concepts
8. Strong deductive reasoning skills and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in insurance carrier underwriting
2. Ongoing education and professional affiliations to remain current on insurance claims matters
3. Previous brokerage experience
4. Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Associate in Claims (AIC) designation
Overview of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of
TIH:
All regular employees (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, although eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance Holdings, LP (TIH) offering the position.
TIH provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and tax-advantaged savings accounts, along with other voluntary benefits.
All regularly scheduled employees (not temporary or contingent workers), regardless of the number of scheduled hours, can contribute to a 401(k) savings plan, and become eligible for Company matching contributions after one year of service and reaching age 21.
Employees also receive a minimum of 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
