Main Purpose of Job

\r
The main purpose of this position is to assure\r
that all JSEP travel and event arrangements are met and comply with the\r
necessary requirements, such as budgetary constraints and travel policy. Review\r
and properly code the travel, reconciling CPC monthly reports. Also responsible\r
for the running of the tuition reimbursement email and assisting staff with the\r
process.\r
\r
\r
This position is eligible to work a hybrid\r
telework schedule.\r
\r
\r

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:�Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.\r
Experience: Two years of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.�\r
Notes:\r
1. Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year of the required experience.\r
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.\r

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

� Experience\r
with managing a corporate credit card to include reconciliation of transactions��\r
� Experience\r
with processing all travel accommodations to include hotel reservations, car\r
rentals, flight bookings and confirmations�\r
� Intermediate\r
experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)\r
\r

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.\r
