The Administrative Service Representative in The Renaissance Skilled Nursing Facility and serves as a customer service ambassador to all Sibley customers (staff, MD, patients and families) through demonstration of excellent customer service skills as outlined in Sibley's Circle of Excellence.

Supports the daily operations and activity flow of the patient care area by performing administrative functions and acting as a central source of information for staff, physicians, patients, families and other departments. Consistently demonstrates strong organizational, communication and time management skills that help to facilitate a smooth functioning of the unit.

Work Location: Washington, DC

PRN/Casual Rotating Shifts

7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, weekends required

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. High School graduate or equivalent of education and experience.
  2. Intermediate typing/computer skills
  3. Current CPR Certification required.
