Addison Group represents a prominent international law firm in search of an Office Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of their Washington, DC office. This pivotal role is essential for maintaining seamless office functions and providing support for various human resources activities.

Role Responsibilities:

The Office Coordinator will oversee daily office functions, assist with administrative initiatives, and organize events. The position requires optimizing workflows, managing administrative responsibilities, and collaborating closely with service providers. Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team are essential.

Key Duties Include:

  • Overseeing office calendars and scheduling.
  • Arranging office events and meetings while managing vendor partnerships.
  • Handling expense reports, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an office support role within a law firm, financial institution, or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience in managing office operations.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently.
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

  • This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
  • Initial in-office training period followed by a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office weekly).
  • Background checks and supervisory references will be required.
