Description:


• Manage Multiple Locations with other AP Specialists and AP Manager


• Manually Manage AP inbox daily

o Ensure bills are getting into Chase360.

o Respond to internal/external emails.

o Reconcile Vendor AR Aging to our vendor payable balance.

o Help review New & Updated Vendor Documentation for AP Manager

o Move email to correct folder.

o Use Boomerang to follow up on emails.


• Processing Bills accurately

o Ensure correct bill is attached.

o Any additional backup attached.


• Ensure proper general ledger coding of invoices.


• Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.


• Establish a good working relationship with employees.


• Establishing a good working relationship with vendors.


• Verify vendor accounts, pay vendors and invoice or payment discrepancies.


• Ensure check requests and employee Expense Reports are supported with proper documentation (i.e., invoice, receipts, etc.)


• Ensure all online invoices are downloaded so that there are no late payments.


• Filing paperwork property whether in a filing system, or in our system.


• Assist with W9's and 1099s to ensure proper tax reporting.


• Keep informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.


• Assist in special projects.


• Overtime as needed.
