  • Analyze category and brand data to make recommendations for both internal and external initiatives.
  • Serve as an analytical resource and business partner in a fast - paced environment.
  • Create fact-based sales presentations focused on customers and categories.
  • These presentations contribute to strategic wins for the company, covering distribution, promotion and pricing.
  • Utilize syndicated data (Circana/IRI), Company shipment data, and retailer - specific data.
  • communicate insights about the company and customer business performance.
  • Go beyond surface - level trends to uncover business drivers.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Share insights and recommendations through scorecards and ad-hoc projects.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into consumers and shoppers.
  • Leverage these insights for internal understanding and external sales initiatives.
  • Work with cross - functional and external partners to manage syndicated product database updates and new item execution.
Requeriments
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Category Management within a CPG organization.
  • Highly skilled in a commercial mindset and understanding of marketing and sales principles.
